I no longer accept book review requests from authors. I only accept Squidoo lens requests and requests direct from publishers which include Nexus/Black Lace/Virgin.

After you have made payment via Paypal, you will be taken to the contact form to submit your request. Please make it clear in the contact form that you have purchased the Book Review PLUS Squidoo Lens and use the same email address for both payment and request. Please also give the title of your book via the Paypal form ( a section has been added for this. N.B: This is important!
